Extended Warranty Details Coverage: Soothy extends a warranty to the original purchaser on all our products, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase for 12 months, under the terms detailed herein. 

Comprehensive Protection: During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions or is damaged under normal usage, repairs or a replacement will be provided at no charge. Repairs must be conducted by an authorized PureFur technician or at a sanctioned PureFur service center. 

Responsibility for Costs: Soothy will cover all costs associated with the repair or replacement of defective parts within the warranty scope, except certain expenses, which are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, modifications, or incorrect installation.
• Damage from natural disasters like fires or earthquakes.
• Use of the product outside its intended residential environment.
• Repairs or alterations done by anyone other than an authorized Soothy technician.
• Items not bought through Soothy's official sales channels or authorized retailers.
• Consumables or accessories, which are excluded from this warranty.
• Claims made after 12 months from the original purchase date. 

Limitations: Soothy is not liable for indirect damages resulting from product defects. Shipping costs will be covered by Soothy if the warranty applies to the service. Costs for packaging materials, however, are not covered. If the claim is not covered by warranty, the owner is responsible for all shipping and repair costs.

Warranty on Replacements: The warranty term for a replaced product remains bound by the original purchase date. This warranty is valid only in specific countries and may be subject to change without notice. PureFur may amend the terms of the warranty as necessary. All repairs and services are handled as per the most current warranty terms.
